We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to manage multiple accounts totaling 300k+ followers. Platforms include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Patreon.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to monetize accounts - primarily drive Patreon memberships and monetize daily content

• 3 posts per week across all platforms 

• Content collection for daily stories

• Help develop a strategy for re-engaging audience 

• Co-design a content calendar with Ashley and Emily 

• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and visibility

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns if necessary

• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce integration, and emerging platforms.
   

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management

• Experience with online advertising and other paid social media campaigns.

• Strong content creation skills including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling

• Excellent relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively

• Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategy adjustments for continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of branding principles within digital marketing contexts

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Ability to learn platforms quickly in a changing media landscape

• Highly organized

 

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $25-$35 per hour, dependent on experience

Expected hours: 10-15 per week
