Refunds & Returns

Merchandise is eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
The book of the month is refundable up until the book has shipped; email us at info@thecreepybookclub.com for cancellations or refunds. After the book has shipped, refunds are no longer available.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards must be used within one calendar year of purchase.
Tickets will outline the cancellation policy when booking.

Customers incur PayPal or other ticket fees on refunds.

Merchandise and stand alone books will ship within 5 business days of purchase.
The Creepy Book of the Month will ship on or after the 15th of each month, or at a later date dependent on the release of the book to the public. Customers will receive shipping notifications upon shipment via email.
Gift cards are emailed immediately upon purchase. Gift cards must be used within one calendar year of purchase. To have your gift card re-sent, please email info@thecreepybookclub.com
